Al Raha Village management awarded the contract for full facilities services for the labor township to Como Facilities Management Services.

Como will have a minimum staffs of 143 people on the project. The provision of services will include Call Centre, asset management, MEP and civil maintenance, cleaning and janitorial, landscape, pest control and security services. Furthermore, Como will provide operation and maintenance for the STP, CCTV, lifts and electric power generators systems.
